| EASY-BRUSH |
The EASY-BRUSH is a sueding/brushing machine using
abrasive brushes which rotate at a variable speed lets to obtain excellent
sueding results both on knitted and on woven fabrics.
The EASY-BRUSH is characterized by its high sueding efficiency due to
considerable number of contact-points.
Three approaching units, independently adjustable.
The seam passage which following an automatic progressive sequence move away
by the approaching units.
Fabric stretching is obtained by two distinct rollers motorized and
controlled by inverters.
Special holes in different shape made on the machine’s frame, lets the
suction working in transversal way; that means that the air is sucked up
from one side of the machine to the other side.
The switchboard is integrated into the machine; an easy and clear
touch-screen, give the possibility to store all data and parameters. | |

| MAGICA |
"MAGICA" is a UNIVERSAL MACHINE planned and
manufactured to obtain with a mix between different grains of abrasive bands
and brushes the complete range of sueding and brushing effects.
"SINGLE ROLL EFFECT"
Thick and low nap.
Obtainable until now with a sueding roller working by contact.
"TRADITIONAL EFFECT"
Less thick and high nap according to the grain of the abrasive on the
sueding rollers or to the grain of the abrasive brushes.
"NO PILE EFFECT"
Very thick nap almost non-existent.
Obtainable until now with very thin grains abrasive brushes.
"MAGICA" can be equipped with 4 sueding rollers on which can be applied
different types of abrasive bands or with 4 abrasive brushes or with a
combination of brushes and rollers all with a diameter of 315 mm. | |

| Sueding machine CSM/6-I for woven fabric |
In this machine each group of sueding rollers is
patented, because, in addition to their distinctive carbon fibre composite
material construction, the sueding roller group features a cleaning and air
cooling system for the abrasive band with a quick blocking and
self-stretching device; furthermore, the third and the sixth roller can work
with an axial movement to equalize the sueded fabric and to hide any
possible defects.
The sueding machine "CSM/6-I" has been planned also to suede with abrasive
brushes by a quick replacement of all or of some of the sueding rollers. | |

This machine is characterized by a high versatility,
in fact it allows sueding both in dry and wet conditions.
The four sueding rollers of the machine are made in carbon composite fiber
and are the same used on dry processing machines. | |

| S360 |
| Our sueding machine S 360P consists in one sueding
roller opposite a rubber covered roller. It can suede fabrics, knitted
fabrics and other materials, such as imitation leather and nonwoven fabrics,
and obtain high quality finished products and also a special drawing
(pattern) like sueding effect (in this case the rubber covered roller must
be replaced with one engraved with the drawing to be reproduced on fabric). | |

| VIBRO SAND |
The "VIBRO SAND" is a multipurpose machine to suede in
the traditional way or by means of abrasive brushes both knitted and woven
fabrics.
Therefore two types of finishing: sueding effect and brushing effect
different but complemental from each other can be obtained with a single
machine.
The "VIBRO SAND" consists of three sueding rollers in carbon composite fiber
rotating at a variable speed up to 2.800 rpm and equipped with a quick
blocking system. | |

| AIR BRUSH |
The "AIR BRUSH COMPACT" is a small and efficient
cleaning machine easily applicable to any machine when one or more
traditional brushes don’t clean effectively fabric.
The "AIR BRUSH COMPACT" has been planned to be a combination of brushes and
air blades on the opposite side which allows the simultaneous removal of all
the process scraps and dust inside fabric.
Two sets of brushes and air blades act at the same time on the front and on
the back of the fabric so as to assure the maximum efficiency. | |

| BRUSH COMPACT |
The "BRUSH COMPACT" is a small and efficient cleaning
machine easily applicable to any machine when one or more traditional
brushes don’t clean effectively fabric.
The "BRUSH COMPACT" has two different suction hoods positioned just near
each brush on both side; this guarantee the maximum efficiency during the
operation.
Two sets of brushes act at the same time on the front and on the back of the
fabric so as to assure the maximum efficiency. | |
