The use of personal computers has changed the way of office work
considerably. Keyboard and screen force the user into a static posture:
stiffly seated at the desk with a rather fixed vision. Scientific studies
regarding health consequences of long sitting periods prove a direct
correlation between long sitting periods and health damages, ranging from
tenseness to severe muskolosceletal disorders.
