Gearboxes PLG/SG

Dunkermotoren develops and manufactures gearboxes, which
are notable for very compact design, low weight and excellent efficiency.
The product portfolio includes planetary gearboxes and worm gearboxes.
Planetary gearboxes (PLG)
|
1-stage torque |
0.3 - 54 Nm |
|
1-stage i |
4.33:1 - 14,5:1 |
|
2-stage torque |
0.45 - 120 Nm |
|
2-stage i |
15:1 - 101.5:1 |
|
3-stage torque |
0.3 - 54 Nm |
|
3-stage i |
70.5:1 - 700:1 |
Planetary gearboxes have the highest continuous torque capacity of all types of gearbox; at
the same time they have a very compact form, low weight, and excellent
efficiency. Self-centering planet gears ensure a symmetrical force distribution.
The ring gear also forms the housing of the gearbox. The gearbox
output shaft is supported in two ball bearings so that it can withstand
high axial and radial loads.
Worm gearboxes (SG)
|
1-stage torque |
0.75 - 54 Nm |
|
1-stage i |
5:1 - 80:1 |
Worm gearboxes are noted for their very quiet running. The worm-gear shaft has bearings
on both sides. The gear components, made of bronze or steel, and grease
lubrication ensure a long service life at the rated torque. In many
applications, the location of the output shaft at 90° to the motor shaft
provides an optimum design solution. On request, worm-gearboxes can be
supplied with a hollow output shaft.
|
 |
Brakes
In addition to motors and gearboxes, Dunkermotoren offers
brakes for the whole motor product portfolio.
As standard, electrically-released brakes are
supplied. Electrically-applied brakes are
available on request. IP 54 covers are available
for all brakes. Combinations of rotary encoders
and brakes are possible. Depending on the
motor-brake combination, degrees of protection
up to IP 65 can be supplied.
|
|
|
|
Controllers
In additon to motors and gearboxes, Dunkermotoren also offers controllers and
gateways. The product range includes electronics for speed control, positioning
and integrated SPS-functionalities. Fieldbus and Ethercat based communication
interfaces are integrated.
The controllers have been specially designed
for optimum regulation of the speed, torque,
and position of our dynamic motors.
|
 |
Encoders
In addition to motors and gearboxes, Dunkermotoren offers
servo components. Optical and magnetic incremental encoders can be combined
with the corresponding drives.
In order to satisfy all requirements for speed
regulation and exact positioning, Dunkermotoren
offers analogue tacho-generators (TG),
magnetic rotary encoders (ME/MG), digital
rotary encoders (RE) and absolute encoders.
