Type and delivery extent for HBE standard:
- Materials S235JR (St37), 1.4301 (V2A) resp. 1.4571 (V4A)
- Sandblasted and grounded inside and outside resistant to hydraulic oil on
mineral oil base or sandblasted inside and outside with glass beads
- Leak test by two colour check
- Gasket 15 x 5 mm made of Perbunan (NBR) in case of screwed tank lid
- Drain plug DIN 908 + Cu gasket for oil drain at the tank
Available for extra charge:
- Numerous accessories of HBE delivery programme, such as cleaning-covers,
gaskets, oil level gauges, fillers etc.
- Individual machining of tank, tank lid or oil sumps
- Final varnish
- Primary coat resistant to special media (please see resistance schedule)

Field of application
Preheating of hydraulic oil on mineral basis for a fast reaching of the operating temperature at hydraulic units. The optimum viscosity decreases the wear of the hydraulic components.
