HBE is developing and producing hydraulic components, oil tanks, bellhousings and couplings for the drive and fluid technology.

Highest technical standards, extensive flexibility concerning customer requirements and order processing as well as direct supply from stock within shortest delivery times ensure the economical efficiency of HBE products.
Product Line Up

Steel or stainless steel oil tanks

Type and delivery extent for HBE standard:
- Materials S235JR (St37), 1.4301 (V2A) resp. 1.4571 (V4A)
- Sandblasted and grounded inside and outside resistant to hydraulic oil on mineral oil base or sandblasted inside and outside with glass beads
- Leak test by two colour check
- Gasket 15 x 5 mm made of Perbunan (NBR) in case of screwed tank lid
- Drain plug DIN 908 + Cu gasket for oil drain at the tank

Available for extra charge:
- Numerous accessories of HBE delivery programme, such as cleaning-covers, gaskets, oil level gauges, fillers etc.
- Individual machining of tank, tank lid or oil sumps
- Final varnish
- Primary coat resistant to special media (please see resistance schedule)

Aluminium oil tanks

- All aluminium tank sizes are stackable, thus low freight cost and space saving storage
- Stable casted body with good heat dissipation by material aluminium and all-round fluting

Field of application
Preheating of hydraulic oil on mineral basis for a fast reaching of the operating temperature at hydraulic units. The optimum viscosity decreases the wear of the hydraulic components.

Heat exchangers

 

Series EKM Tube bundle oil cooler

Tube bundle with aluminium fins, providing up to 4-times greater cooling surface compared to a standard shell and tube cooler. Cooling
capacity up to 230 kW. Extremely pressure resistant –max.: 35 bar. Removeable end caps for easy cleaning of the water pipes. Optionally
available with internal bypass valve (patented). Option: seawater version.

Series UKTM Tube bundle oil cooler

Tube bundle with aluminium fins. Extremely compact cooler for in-tank and top-tank mounting. Based on the EKM, with a very high performance
range up to 29 m2 heat exchange surface and 650 l / min oil volume. Designed for internal tank installation with minimum space requirement
and low piping requirement.

Series PWT PLATE oil cooler

Soldered plate heat exchanger made of stainless steel. Compact and economical. Oil pressure up to 30 bar and oil flow rate from 25 to 3,000 l / min. Operating temperatures from - 100 to + 195°C. Also available with nickel soldering. Various installation fittings and
isolations of PU hard foam.

Series LKI OI l AIR cooler

Oil air cooler for industrial use. Available in 10 different sizes. Block construction (max. operating pressure 16 bar). 1-way and 2-way. Available with SAE flange. Off-Shore version optional.

Series TFS / A OI l AIR cooler

Compact bypass-flow cooling unit. Combination of motor pump station and oil air cooler in a single unit that operates independently of the actual unit. Pump flange is connected directly to the motor. Extremely low-noise due to internal screw pump. Various installation positions possible. Available in 3 different sizes.
