The Liftronic series manipulators are evolved industrial manipulators belonging to the INDEVA class (Intelligent Device for Handling).

The INDEVA (or IAD – Intelligent Assist Devices) are electronic zero gravity balancers and represent a new ergonomic solution in material handling, solving today’s urgent neeed for increased productivity and safety. Models are available from 80 to 320 kg capacity, including the end effector. It can be applied to different supports: column with Orbit_Arm®, ceiling, overhead rails and Liftruck®. Thanks to our modular tooling concept “MODULO” and microprocessor logic, we can design and manufacture tool heads to suit the exact requirements of our customers in all industrial fields.

Liftronic® EASY belongs to the Liftronic® series of intelligent industrial manipulators; designed for simple applications and non-complex and rapid work cycles. It is used with mechanic lifting tools (hooks, pantograph chucks, jaws, clamps, etc…),

Liftruck is a transpallet or lifting truck with an electyronic manipulator mounted on it.

It includes an order picker to carry the pallet with reels, the INDEVA Liftronic with articulated arm and the orbital tool head for handling reels. Necessary in the textile industriesin the texturizing, spinning and weaving areas to load creels up to 5 m high with reels up to 40 kg. A single man can carry out the whole work cyclecollecting the pallets in the stock room, carrying them up to the creel and load them rotating them by 90°, then collecting all the tubes and carton blanks. By means of the expanding chuck of the orbital toolhead the operator can quickly and precisely pick and release the reels. The release is allowed only when the reel is safely placed on the pin.

The electronic balancer INDEVA grants a smooth, quick and precise reel handling.

Liftruck can be used also for handling cardboard case by means of a vacuum grip.

Pneumatic manipulator with a flexible rope in place of the vertical rigid arm. The PN Flex series pneumatic manipulators are suitable for the handling loads having their baycenter on the Z axis of the vertical arm. They allow flexible load picking/releasing movements.
